When you submit a product or business inquiry, we may process your name, company or contact identity, country or region, city, email, phone or WhatsApp number, products of interest, purchasing requirements, and message. The website may also record IP address, browser and device information, access or submission time, referring page, page language, and UTM parameters for security and inquiry attribution.
处理目的Purposes of Processing
相关信息用于接收和回复产品、报价、技术或合作询盘，识别询盘来源，分配给适当的外贸人员，在网站后台及公司内部 ERP 中管理线索，记录商务跟进状态，并防止垃圾信息、重复提交或异常请求。提交询盘不会自动将您加入营销通讯名单。
We use the information to receive and respond to product, pricing, technical, or cooperation inquiries; understand inquiry sources; assign inquiries to appropriate export personnel; manage leads in the website backend and our internal ERP; record commercial follow-up; and prevent spam, duplicate submissions, or abnormal requests. Submitting an inquiry does not automatically enroll you in marketing communications.
访问与接收范围Access and Recipients
网站后台询盘数据仅由履行工作职责所必需的网站运营、网站管理员及获授权的外贸人员访问。境外人员无法访问网站后台询盘数据。我们目前不会出售询盘个人信息。
Website inquiry data may be accessed only by website operations, website administrators, and authorized export personnel where necessary for their work. Persons outside China cannot access inquiry data in the website backend. We do not currently sell personal information contained in inquiries.
存储与保存期限Storage and Retention
网站及其后台数据存储在中国境内。网站后台询盘数据自提交之日起最长保存 120 天，并可在处理目的提前完成或收到有效删除请求时提前删除。询盘转入内部 ERP、报价、合同或争议处理等独立业务流程后，相关记录按照该流程适用的制度和法律要求管理。
The website and its backend data are stored in China. Inquiry data in the website backend is retained for no longer than 120 days from submission and may be deleted earlier when the purpose is completed or a valid deletion request is received. If an inquiry enters a separate process such as the internal ERP, quotation, contract, or dispute handling, the relevant records are managed under the rules and legal requirements applicable to that process.
